General Terms, Conditions & Policies
Booking & Guest Identity
Matching Identity: The person checking in must be the same person who made the booking. The name on the reservation must match the valid government-issued ID (Passport/KTP) presented during check-in.
Non-Transferability: Bookings are non-transferable. Management reserves the right to refuse entry if the guest arriving is different from the registered booker without prior official notification and management approval.

Guests are entitled to a one-time complimentary shuttle service (either Pick-up OR Drop-off) under the following conditions:
Coverage Areas: Airport, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Sanur, Central Ubud, and Padang Bai.
Additional Charges: Locations outside the aforementioned areas will incur an extra fee based on the distance. Please consult Lee House Bali management for specific pricing.
Service Limitations: This service is valid only once and for one specific destination or origin.
For group bookings, the service only applies if all members are picked up or dropped off at the same time and the same location.
Only one car will be provided. Separate pick-up/drop-off points or different schedules for members of the same group will not be accommodated.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Guests should notice the staff by 1 day in advance for complimentary breakfast on set menu, guest can choose the menu package, or also if guests have activities or flight that you must check out early morning our staff will prepare breakfast box
Room Capacity
Occupancy Limit: Each room is strictly limited to a maximum of 2 (two) people. No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room.
Violation Policy: If the number of occupants in a room exceeds the specified capacity without prior written consent, Lee House Bali management reserves the right to instruct the additional guests (or all occupants of the room) to immediately leave the villa premises (eviction).
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In Time: 2:00 PM (14.00) WITA.
Early arrivals may store luggage in the designated area subject to availability.
Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM (10.00) WITA.
Late check-outs without prior confirmation may incur additional fees in accordance with management policy.
Cancelations
Free cancelation: the guest will get free cancelation for cancel period within 1 week before check in schedule (for pay later only) guest should notice us immediately. for booking through payment online at third party should follows their regulation.
Non-Refundable Policy: Unless otherwise stated in your specific booking platform, all confirmed reservations are non-refundable.
Cancellation Notice: Any cancellation made after the booking is confirmed will result in a 100% charge of the total booking amount.
No-Show: In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the entire booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Modifications: Requests to change stay dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges based on the seasonal rate differences.
Safety
Quiet Hours: Please maintain a peaceful environment between 11:00 PM – 06:00 AM to respect other guests and neighbours.
Security of Valuables: Lee House Bali is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings. Please use the provided security facilities.
Cleanliness & Damages: Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the villa. Any damage/lost to villa facilities caused by guest negligence will be subject to replacement or repair costs. All the assets and valuables of the Property should be duly maintained adequately and should not be lost, damaged or destroyed. The Property has the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the Property (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by the Guest.
The Property reserves the right to send guests away from the Property due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by Property employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.
Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the Property at any point of time.
In case of conflict in the actual bill provided to you after the receipt of services, the terms of the bill will prevail.
Neatness and hygiene should be adequately maintained by the Guest. The Guest should always adhere to the safety, security and hygiene advise duly provided by the Property and should avoid breaching the same. The Guest will be solely responsible for any such violation if identified.
If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerance to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is the guests responsibility to advise Property management prior to arrival.
Your valuables can be stored in a safety deposit box in your room or the Property can store your valuables upon request. The Property is entitled to collect a charge for storage of these items.
In case the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable you must notify the Property before storing. The Property may refuse to store this kind of valuables.
Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do also. The Property takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.
Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location. Thereafter items are either disposed of or donated to charity. The Property accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to lost property. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after check out are only held until close of business that day.
Claimed items can be collected from the Property with valid identification or alternatively the Property can arrange postage on behalf of the guest at their expense.
The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Property does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.
By staying at Lee House Bali, guests are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the rules mentioned above. The management reserves the right to take firm action against anyone who violates these provisions for the collective comfort of all guests.
